As a top event in the Muswellbrook calendar, it successfully showcased brilliant finalists across a range of categories, and BRIKEN Group were lucky enough to be among the business awards finalists!

The Muswellbrook Chamber is known for its networking, advocacy, and support for local businesses operating within the Muswellbrook Shire to help them innovate and grow! The Muswellbrook Chamber of Commerce and Industry produce a monthly newsletter that is filled with helpful tips and updates on local issues that affect businesses in the area.

The Muswellbrook Business Awards

The Muswellbrook business awards are a prestigious event on the Muswellbrook business calendar that bring in businesses from a range of categories. This black-tie event is used to showcase and recognise local businesses that are excelling in good service delivery and responsible management of their employees.

Other principles that are recognised are:

• Environmental responsibility

• Safety

• Finance

• Community contribution

This awards event is held each April and showcases finalists from a variety of categories. These finalists are chosen from a panel of independent judges, and the winner of each event is presented with a trophy.

This yearly event helps bring publicity to local businesses as well as an encouragement to innovate and share new ideas. It is open to all Muswellbrook Chamber of Commerce members except those with large sponsorships or is associated with board members or judges.

BRIKEN Group Finalist

BRIKEN Group was lucky enough to attend this premier event and be named a business awards finalist in the Trades and Industry category. We, unfortunately, did not take home the trophy and win in our category, but we were happy to be able to celebrate a successful year.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, last years Awards Night was unfortunately cancelled so it was great to finally be able to celebrate with our team on our double win from last year, where we won Business of the Year and New Business. Read more about that here.
